Key Account Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth through key account management.

  • Identify customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure project goals and timelines are met, service levels are maintained, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Lead solution and contract negotiations with assigned customers to facilitate business objectives.
  • Develop and implement key account plans and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with corporate strategies.
  • Proactively develop reports and conduct on-site client visits weekly, monthly, and quarterly to focus on tactical and strategic performance metrics.
