About the Role

As a Strategic Banking Relationship Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional banking experiences to high net worth clients. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions that cater to the complex needs of our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up meetings.
  • To conduct thorough financial health checks to identify opportunities for growth and provide innovative financial solutions.
  • To work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver value-added services and drive client satisfaction.
  • To stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
  • To proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and work with colleagues to deliver bespoke financial packages.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports to track client interactions and progress towards goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in complex mortgage lending or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
