The organisation is embarking on a transformative journey to become Australia's leading digital insurer, and we're seeking an experienced professional to drive this endeavour.

This pivotal role involves shaping strategic trading relationships with a designated panel of top-tier brokers. As the face of the organisation to our broker partners, you will foster engagement across all lines of business and develop multi-tiered relationships.

Key to success lies in collaboration, performance culture, and customer-centricity, which will unlock growth opportunities and bring the best of the organisation to market.

  1. Develop a deep understanding of our broker partners' businesses to identify strategic and transactional opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to deliver value proposition across all segments.
  3. Drive communication, transparency, and accountability across broker relationships and internal teams.
  4. Analyse competitor intelligence and develop plans to gain market advantage.
  5. Design and embed multi-tiered relationship infrastructure across relevant lines and segments.
  6. Represent the organisation at industry events and ensure consistent messaging in partnership with marketing and leadership.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role.
  • ANZIIF CIP membership or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting and claims processes.
  • Proven ability to develop long-term business relationships and strategic plans.
  • Experience in relationship/strategic selling, ideally within insurance.
  • Operational management experience and a passion for driving business growth.
