We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in face-to-face/field-based sales, account management or business development.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally as required.
- Proven experience fostering long-term relationships and service with customers and/or clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
- Well-developed verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with existing and prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for ongoing training, support, and career growth in a dynamic team.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Business Development Managers to identify new business opportunities within your allocated area. Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to inform and educate them on initiatives and procedures. Log detailed activity, visits, and commentary to ensure accurate reporting and review of business. Ensure seamless handovers to Partnership Success Managers and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
