Senior Contract Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to take ownership of our entire contract function and drive commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial reports and claims with emphasis on subcontractor management.
- Provide market-driven research for subcontractor selection and engagement.
- Manage existing contracts in adherence to company policies and legal frameworks.
- Autonomously prepare and evaluate the tender process, including drafting documentation and conducting negotiations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience developing and managing contracts within commercial construction environments, demonstrated negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of contract law.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration and negotiation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
