Commercial Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide commercially tailored support, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global alternative legal service provider. You will have access to professional development resources and learning and development programs, and you will predominantly work remotely.
In this role, you will work closely with our legal and business teams to provide practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and other agreements.
- Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 5+ years' experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Exposure to compliance matters such as data privacy, anti-bribery and/or ethics would be an added benefit.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
