
Commercial Contract Specialist

This role is ideal for a professional with experience in contract/vendor management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in governance frameworks, contributing to wider procurement transformation initiatives, and strengthening supplier relationships to deliver long-term value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier contracts to ensure commercial soundness, risk mitigation, and compliance with policies and frameworks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage contractual risks, support governance, and provide post-execution oversight including disputes and supplier offboarding.
To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in contract/vendor management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.
- A degree in business or a commercial discipline, with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
