We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Team Leader to provide high-level administrative support to our national Distribution Centres (DCs). This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing financials and invoices, handling internal and external enquiries, and performing general administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to manage a team of two administrative staff, and provide full support to the DC manager and site leaders. They will also be responsible for approving and following up on casual labour timesheets, resolving issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financials and invoices across all DCs
- Handle internal and external enquiries, supporting staff, and managing DC-wide communications
- Perform general administration tasks such as data entry, KPI reporting, contract labour timesheets, and coordinating visitors and stationery
- Maintain MYOSH safety records, training matrices, and safety documentation for compliance
- Organize site events, celebrations, catering, and monitor warehouse consumables and ad hoc purchases
- Oversee facility management tasks, contractor bookings, meeting room coordination, and asset service records
- Manage security systems, including access passes, user creation, and audits for staff and contractors
- Lead a team of two administrative staff, providing full support to the DC manager and site leaders
- A strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
