Sales Performance Manager

  • Promote Guidewire solutions effectively, ensuring customers maximize their return on investment and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Assume a proactive stance in resolving customer issues, adhering to established protocols and collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Create and manage customized success plans tailored to each customer's unique needs and goals.
  • Nurture executive-level relationships through regular discussions, including business reviews, product roadmaps, and strategic alignment sessions.
  • Stay abreast of key business challenges facing customers, enabling informed decision-making and proactive support.
  • Maintain visibility into program and customer health, both internally and among customer-facing teams.
  • Manage commercial aspects of account relationships, encompassing contracts, risks, and renewals.
  • Drive operational excellence in customer portfolio management, leveraging data insights to optimize performance.
  • Contribute significantly to Annual Recurring Revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing customer accounts through solution alignment.
