Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and achieve sales targets for the department and individual sales team members.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its trends.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
