, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational rigour, data-driven decision-making, and sales process optimisation across a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling sales teams to operate with precision, discipline, and insight. Your core focus areas will include:

Sales Pipeline Management & Hygiene

  • Ensure the sales pipeline is accurately maintained, regularly updated, and free of outdated opportunities.
  • Conduct rigorous data quality checks and enforce timely entry of deal information.
  • Analyse, interpret, and visualise pipeline data to support strategic decision-making.

Forecasting & Data Analysis

  • Leverage Excel (including pivot tables and commonly used formulas), BI tools, and CRM analytics to produce accurate forecasts and actionable insights.
  • Monitor key metrics such as pipeline coverage and win rates to identify performance gaps early.
  • Support evidence-based adjustments and reinforce forecast discipline across the sales organisation.

Operational Cadence Management (Rhythm of Business)

  • Establish and manage a structured Rhythm of Business (ROB), including weekly pipeline calls and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
  • Plan and facilitate sessions to monitor progress, review pipeline health, and drive accountability.

Sales Methodology Adherence

  • Champion the use of Customer Engagement Methodology in daily sales activities.
  • Guide opportunities through defined stages, ensuring exit criteria are met at each step.

CRM & Reporting Tools Proficiency

  • Demonstrate high proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Dynamics 365 Sales (MSX), and associated reporting tools.
  • Understand customer data flow, track and update sales activities, and use reporting to monitor pipeline metrics and sales performance.
  • Bring proven experience in roles where CRM usage was central to success.
