Mobilisation Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team based in Naval Base on a full-time basis.
This role involves providing day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Site Service team under the direction of the WA Service Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining shutdown calendars using client-supplied look ahead schedules;
- Allocating and managing internal/external resources using client labour request information (LRS);
- Opening and maintaining costings for Site Service projects in Pronto;
- Organising and managing equipment hire according to shutdown scope requirements;
- Consulting with client sites to resolve conflicting mobilisation/demobilisation dates to ensure adequate resourcing levels are maintained;
- Liaising with client site contacts to resolve work scope and resourcing queries;
