Telecommunications Specialist

Job Summary: As a telecommunications specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end network installations.
About the Role:
- You will work independently to activate and assure telecommunications services, in home or business environments.
- Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and install copper and fibre network technology, including fault finding and networking.
- Manage Customer Premises Equipment for both consumer and business clients.
- Perform fault finding in rural or remote copper networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Install and maintain copper and fibre network technology.
- Manage customer premises equipment.
- Perform fault finding in rural or remote areas.
Requirements:
- Relevant licenses and qualifications, including Certificate III in Telecommunications.
- Must hold and maintain a current driver's license.
- Support for training on traffic management and white card certificates is available.
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is required, with considerations for individual circumstances.
