Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Quality Assurance specialist to join our Telecommunications team in Victoria, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of high volumes of data submitted by contractors and technicians.
  • Confirm that installations meet required quality and compliance standards.
  • Finalize invoicing to ensure accurate and efficient billing.
  • Communicate with contractors via phone to resolve queries and gather additional information as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and efficient processing abilities.
  • Confidence to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (processing ~100 jobs / day).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
