Business Telecommunications Solutions Specialist

As a specialist solution consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by delivering innovative solutions that address complex business challenges in the telecommunications industry.
The successful candidate will have deep domain expertise in the telco space, including familiarity with OSS/BSS systems, network operations, and customer experience challenges relevant to Australia and New Zealand providers. They will also possess strong technical expertise in cloud software solutions and integrations with common telco platforms such as Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, or CSG.
You will be responsible for conducting in-depth discovery workshops with clients to understand their needs, recommending tailored solutions, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. This will involve building trusted relationships with ANZ Telco customers and ecosystem partners to foster long-term collaboration and account growth.
A key aspect of this role will be providing actionable feedback to product management on telco-specific requirements and staying current on ANZ telecommunications trends, competitive landscape, and ServiceNow differentiation in the vertical.
