Contract Administrator Job

This role is responsible for managing contracts and ensuring commercial compliance.

  • Timely and accurate on-boarding of supply chain, including subcontract preparation and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams to meet project demands and complete selection and assessment processes.
  • Act as commercial representative with the supply chain to work through commercial matters.
  • Maintain a compliant supply chain including contract extensions, insurances, issuing of notices, variations, etc.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, law, business management or similar with 3+ years' experience working in commercial / legal / contracts administration, ideally in the telecommunications industry.

You will also possess:

  • Working knowledge, ability to read and apply standard forms of subcontracts and mechanisms.
  • Proven commercial acumen: subcontract management / tendering, legal claims, administration, modelling, KPIs, profit improvement.
  • Intermediate / Advanced user of Microsoft suite (particularly MS Excel), Sharepoint and JIRA.
  • Negotiating and influencing to achieve desired outcomes.
