At Alfred Health, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role will provide a range of administrative functions to support the Director Patient Experience Consumer Engagement.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position with 60.8 hours per fortnight, classified as HS3 at Alfred location.

We are looking for someone with previous administration experience in a health setting, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and accuracy in all facets of record administration, database management, and production of reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties, diary management, travel management, and administrative support to committees.
  • Support the Director with timely production of agendas and minutes.
  • Review and edit papers, reports, and presentations, and coordination of documentation for regular meetings, committees, and events.
