Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the company's people strategy. It encompasses the full employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent to fostering a high performing workforce.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a strong company culture that supports unique business demands. Ensuring the right people are in the right roles to deliver exceptional results is key.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee human resources activities across the organisation ensuring effective delivery.
  • Provide clear advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, services and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with managers to coordinate workforce planning, including resource allocation, recruitment, succession planning and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures that align with business needs ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support development and training programs to drive organisational success.
  • Partner with managers to deliver structured performance management programs.
  • Design and oversee internship and graduate programs to attract emerging talent.
  • Manage the onboarding experience to ensure new employees feel welcomed and set up for success.
  • Design and implement an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy to foster a compelling employee experience.
  • Deliver employee engagement initiatives, surveys and feedback mechanisms, providing insights to inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data to support effective reporting, compliance and decision-making.
  • Lead employee retention strategies focusing on continuous improvement in engagement, wellbeing and career progression.
