Together, you'll drive meaningful, aligned impact.Your role will involve:Championing initiatives that align our people practices with business goalsSupporting leaders through coaching, workforce planning, and organisational developmentDriving process improvements and leading engagement strategies that elevate employee experiencePartnering with teams to embed culture, values, and performance outcomesWhat You'll BringYou're more than your resume—you're an empathetic communicator and pragmatic problem solver.You'll bring:Proven experience as a People Business Partner or similar roleExceptional ability to influence, challenge, and support leaders constructivelyComfort navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvementStrong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR practicesA collaborative mindset, paired with sound judgement and a people-first approachWhy Join UsAt ABN Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
