What You'll Do

As a People Business Partner, you'll be a trusted adviser and strategic collaborator supporting our Retail team, working closely with General Managers and Leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Design.

You'll be part of a high-performing People team of eight, and one of three People Business Partners partnering across our Victorian business. Together, you'll drive meaningful, aligned impact.

Your role will involve:

  • Championing initiatives that align our people practices with business goals
  • Supporting leaders through coaching, workforce planning, and organisational development
  • Driving process improvements and leading engagement strategies that elevate employee experience
  • Partnering with teams to embed culture, values, and performance outcomes

  • Proven experience as a People Business Partner or similar role
  • Exceptional ability to influence, challenge, and support leaders constructively
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR practices
  • A collaborative mindset, paired with sound judgement and a people-first approach
