You'll be part of a high-performing People team of eight, and one of three People Business Partners partnering across our Victorian business.
Together, you'll drive meaningful, aligned impact.
Your role will involve: Championing initiatives that align our people practices with business goals Supporting leaders through coaching, workforce planning, and organisational development Driving process improvements and leading engagement strategies that elevate employee experience Partnering with teams to embed culture, values, and performance outcomes What You'll Bring You're more than your resume—you're an empathetic communicator and pragmatic problem solver.
You'll bring: Proven experience as a People Business Partner or similar role Exceptional ability to influence, challenge, and support leaders constructively Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvement Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR practices A collaborative mindset, paired with sound judgement and a people-first approach Why Join Us At ABN Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
