About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Support Specialist to join our team at DLL. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales process from application to settlement preparation.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Support the sales team in meeting and achieving new business volume targets by optimizing performance with existing vendor partners and dealers.">
  • Process transactions from application to settlement in a timely and accurate manner.">
  • Provide proactive pipeline management and follow-up.">
  • Prepare customer contracts and corresponding documents.">
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Asset Management.">
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.">
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 3 years' experience in sales support within a leasing/finance organization.">
  • High level of honesty and integrity.">
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).">
  • Ability to review and analyze information for accuracy and compliance.">
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and compliance.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.">
  • Tertiary qualification is an advantage.">
