Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our CTO Strategic Initiatives team focused on workforce planning and execution. As a key member of this dynamic group, you will be responsible for driving cyclical workforce planning activities, collaborating with various team members, partners, SMEs and managers, and building a world-class organization through efficient project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cyclical workforce planning programs with a focus on clarity and efficiency for the CTO organization.
  • Work with data infrastructure, tooling, and process teams to improve data quality and drive long-term improvement.
  • Approach ad-hoc data requests creatively, identifying opportunities to scale and standardize these requests over time.
  • Apply structured methodologies and lead change management activities to support adoption across work streams.
  • Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies and report status to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Experience with data gathering, processing, validation, and visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain business problems, concepts, and issues to varied audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business-driven changes.
