**Workforce Planning Operations Manager**

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Qantas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the preplanning process for all Australian airports, ensuring we have fatigue, safety, operational, and customer plans in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the response to disruptions affecting airport operations and formulate resolutions to resourcing challenges for airport personnel.
- Lead the team for pre-day of operation planning and allocation.
- Ensure high-level stakeholder engagement and effective business partnering.
- Liaise with key stakeholders on matters of operational significance and identify, address, and escalate issues associated with current day operations where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Workforce Planning, including day of operations pre-planning and allocation.
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams and their performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Solid experience working in an operational environment, with experience in disruption management.
- Ability to make operational sound resource decisions leading up to and including day of operations and possess a strong planning and problem-solving skillset.
