Job Title: Health and Safety Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, ICAM training (preferable), White Card, and RISI Card (preferable).

Key responsibilities include providing health and safety support, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, monitoring daily site tasks, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractor compliance, conducting audits, investigating incidents, coordinating return-to-work activities, and monitoring rolling stock operations compliance under ONRSR Accreditation.

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safe workplaces and system compliance.
  • Provide EHS and rail safety support across construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
  • ICAM training (preferred).
  • White Card and RISI Card (preferred).
  • Identified Rail Safety Worker status.
