Job Title: Health and Safety Professional

At our facilities, we are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a positive impact on the well-being of our employees and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies across our operations to prevent injuries and illnesses.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on health and safety best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform health and safety strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Health and/or Safety, Psychology, Behavioural Health, Public Health, Health Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace/occupational health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and customer focus skills.
