Job Description

We are seeking a Change Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing change plans that drive business outcomes through sustained change adoption.

You will provide expert advice to stakeholders on change management and communication solutions, leveraging your knowledge of structured approaches and best practices in change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned changes end-to-end using a structured approach and best practices in change management.
  • Manage a portfolio of change initiatives, including strategic, transformational, operational, and business-led projects.
  • Conduct impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and assess the current state to inform change planning and maximize post-change impact.
  • Identify, assess, communicate, and plan to remediate risks associated with all activities.
  • Execute risk mitigations and escalate concerns to the Head of Change & Communications as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents.
