Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

The Duty Manager role is a key position in the hospitality industry, responsible for managing the first impressions of guests and ensuring their experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities:
  • Lobby Management: Manage the hotel lobby and public areas, engaging with guests and providing general assistance.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and record all issues.
  • Meet and greet VIP guests and major corporate clients upon arrival.
  • Coordinate services and special facilities for long-stay guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel products, services, policies, and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hospitality sector.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures.
  • Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
  • Possess strong commercial acumen and experience in increasing profitability in a tight market sector.
