This position requires strong technical expertise in Avaya telephony platforms, protocols, and technologies, including SIP, H.323, VoIP, and PSTN integration.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience as an Avaya Support Engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Contact Centre domain.
  • Experience administering Avaya telecommunications systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
