Key aspects of this role include:
- Incident Management & End-User Support: Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Software Upgrades and Patch Management: Plan, implement, and manage software upgrades and patch installations to maintain system stability and security.
- User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs, creating comprehensive documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption of our systems.
- System Monitoring and Reporting: Proactively monitor system performance, generating regular reports to highlight trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
This position requires strong technical expertise in Avaya telephony platforms, protocols, and technologies, including SIP, H.323, VoIP, and PSTN integration.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of experience as an Avaya Support Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of the Contact Centre domain.
- Experience administering Avaya telecommunications systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
