Become a key member of our Collections team as a customer service representative, focused on delivering exceptional outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position if you're the right fit for the role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing high-quality service
  • Successfully resolving disputed accounts
  • Negotiating with clients throughout the collections process in alignment with company policies
  • Managing internal escalations for client and broker queries or complaints
  • Ensuring customer requests are actioned efficiently and effectively
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully with all customers

You'll have the natural ability and desire to help others, as well as building trusting relationships. Strong computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team are essential.
