Role Overview

This high-impact sales role offers a fast-track acceleration path into sales leadership. You will own and close complex B2B deals from the start, worth $100k-$2m+.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Run the full cycle: prospect, scope, design, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Develop relationships with clients and find opportunities for growth.
  • Build a quality pipeline (hunt first, farm later) and progress deals with discipline.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, sales support, and marketing to win and deliver.
  • Feed market intel back to sharpen go-to-market, pricing, and proposals.
About You

We're looking for top-performing deal-makers who have a track record of closing big complex deals personally (min $250k+). You should be a top performer with grit, ownership, and strong will to win.

Your Qualifications:

  • You are an early-career top-performing deal-maker (5+ years in quota-carrying B2B sales).
  • You have strong people skills – you're able to build trust, move others to action.
  • Bonus: you have a background selling technical equipment, industrial solutions, or engineered services.
