Job Summary

This Business Development Manager role offers a fast-track to sales leadership with ownership of big clients from Day 1.

You will start at our headquarters with relocation and visa support, then accelerate into national and global roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closing high-value deals in one of our B2B industrial businesses.
  • Running the full cycle: prospect, scope, design, negotiate, close.
  • Getting in front of clients: on site, in the office, developing relationships, finding opportunities.
  • Building a quality pipeline (hunt first, farm later) and progressing deals with discipline.
  • Partnering internally with engineering, operations, sales support, and marketing to win and deliver.
  • Fedding market intel back to sharpen go-to-market, pricing, and proposals.
  • Accelerating your development with mentoring from senior Sales Leaders.

About the Opportunity

This is the first stage in our Future Sales Leader Program. We are looking for early-career top-performing deal-makers who have a track record of closing big complex deals personally.

We are seeking individuals with grit, ownership, and strong will to win. You should be coachable and curious – able to learn fast, adapt fast, and do the reps.

You will work closely with our team to build trust and move others to action. Bonus points if you have a background selling technical equipment or engineered services.

Location and Mobility

Our headquarters is located in Perth, Western Australia. Visa and relocation support provided for the right candidate. Future mobility advantageous – if you perform, we'll look to accelerate you into sales leadership roles nationally and internationally.
