Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role that will push you to achieve great results. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with key clients.

  • Closing deals worth $100k-$2m+ in one of our B2B industrial businesses.
  • Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, designing, negotiating, and closing.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
  • Built a high-quality pipeline and progress deals with discipline.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to win and deliver projects.
  • Providing market intelligence to improve go-to-market strategies, pricing, and proposals.
  • Receiving mentorship from senior Sales Leaders to accelerate your development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Early-career experience in quota-carrying B2B sales (5+ years).
  • A proven track record of closing big complex deals personally (min $250k+).
  • Strong people skills to build trust and move others to action.
  • Grit, ownership, and a strong will to win.
  • Coachability and a desire to learn and adapt quickly.
