Renewal Specialist - Accelerate Energy Transition

The energy transition is a complex process that requires accelerated action from industry companies and grid operators. As a Renewal Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring the successful renewal of contracts for maintenance, on-premise, SaaS, and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Proactive Renewal Strategies: Engage customers effectively to minimize churn and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare Renewal Materials: Craft compelling letters, quotes, invoices, and notifications that showcase the value proposition of the company.
  • Closure and Customer Engagement: Directly contact customers to close renewal deals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Value Proposition and Escalation: Present the company's offerings and escalate issues with account managers or customer service as needed.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce to support informed business decisions.
  • Performance Metrics and Forecasts: Meet targeted goals for renewal business and create accurate forecasts to drive future growth.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong commercial background.
  • Industry Experience: Possess several years of experience in quota-bearing inside sales or B2B SaaS industry.
  • Commercial Knowledge: Demonstrate excellent commercial knowledge, particularly in quotation preparation, calculation, and contract law.
  • Linguistic Skills: Possess excellent English communication skills and proficiency in additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus.
  • Analytical and Structured Approach: Exhibit strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Tight Deadlines and Prioritization: Demonstrate ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
