About the Role

This is a home-based opportunity to drive revenue growth across multiple hotels in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the South Pacific.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategies for profitable revenue generation and capture.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maximizing hotel room revenues, RevPAR and system delivery to achieve superior performance.
  • Analysing competitor and market pricing trends to create optimal pricing strategies.
  • Developing and presenting revenue forecasts and conducting revenue meetings.
  • Participating in business review meetings with corporate and owners as needed.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A University Degree or Hospitality Diploma/Degree.
  • Experience in Revenue Management, Reservations or Yield Management.
  • Technical skills in Revenue Management Software Systems like Optims, Ideas, Rate360 and IHG Concerto RMS.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to impact and influence remotely.
  • Excellent verbal communication, report writing and presentation skills.
