IT Support Specialist for Trading Platforms

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide support for our trading platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive support for trading platforms, identifying and resolving technical issues before they impact business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including infrastructure, security, and database administration, to ensure seamless system performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the team.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on application support and platform management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and MS Windows stack.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
