About the Role
  • This contract position offers the chance to work with accomplished professionals in a fast-paced environment, providing valuable experience across multiple operating systems (Windows and Red Hat Linux).
  • You will have the opportunity to implement new processes and automated solutions that directly impact clients' trading experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for trading platforms.
  • Monitor systems using real-time monitoring tools (Nagios, Splunk, AppDynamics, Geneos and bespoke tools).
  • Address proactive and reactive application and operational issues across both production and non-production environments.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of IT support experience, particularly with the MS Windows stack (Windows Server OS) and application support.
