Global Trade Support Specialist

The role of a Global Trade Support Specialist involves delivering end-to-end support across the trade lifecycle. This requires collaborating with various teams, including Trading and Execution, Allocation and Settlement, to ensure efficient operations and outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Global Trade Support Specialist, you will contribute to the front-to-back trading desk and operational technical support teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide regular updates regarding Equities Operational changes to stakeholders, users, and the Technology Enterprise team.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, supporting key cash execution platforms such as Instinet Newport, FIS, and Fusion Raptor. You will also establish partnerships to coordinate various projects in an operational and regulated environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a Front/Back Office Support role
  • Experience working with execution and trading platforms – exposure to Instinet Newport, FIS, and IRESS is highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Unix, and SQL (both in physical and Cloud environments)
  • Experience with order lifecycles supporting Trading products
  • Familiarity with Electronic Execution (Algorithmic & DMA trading) and FIX protocol
