- Key Responsibilities:\- Welcoming guests with a smile and providing seamless check in and check out service.
- Providing warm, responsive and personalized service throughout their stay
- Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences,
- Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities.
- Meeting and exceeding guest expectations by confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient manner.

Requirements

\- Authentic connection with people
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous Front Office experience within a luxury environment is desirable
- Familiarity with Opera is favorable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, evenings and public holidays
- Passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for helping others
