Welcome to the role of Guest Services Ambassador

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.

This role requires strong knowledge of all hotel amenities, services, and facilities, as well as local attractions and events. You will be the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information, and your goal will be to exceed their expectations at every turn.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Providing information and making recommendations on hotel services, facilities, and local activities
  • Assisting with room assignments, check-in and check-out procedures, and other guest requests
  • Responding to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A high level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems
