We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Luxury Service Ambassador. This is a unique opportunity to provide unparalleled service to our guests, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and mentoring commissionaires, porters and valet staff, ensuring they deliver the highest level of luxury service. You will motivate the team to achieve all service and performance standards, while maintaining a strong focus on day-to-day operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full Australian Drivers Licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role
