Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst, Business Continuity Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in improving and maintaining TAL's Business Continuity capabilities. This exciting opportunity is for a Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst to work on enhancing Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plan documentation, as well as refining potential disruption scenarios relevant to TAL's business.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with representatives from Technology and the Business to develop and refine process maps and related dependencies.
- Develop pragmatic solutions to further refine impact tolerance levels, taking into account known interdependencies and existing inputs.
- Analyse, document, and update process maps, identifying dependencies and relationships to people, processes, systems, and third parties.
- Provide Business Continuity and Crisis Management liaison support, responsible for information sharing and developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA) requirements, including Critical Operations, tolerance levels, and Business Continuity practices.
- Business analysis skills, including the ability to review, challenge, and develop solutions to refine impact tolerance levels.
- Proven stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to work autonomously, with knowledge of life insurance industry and internal control frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to calmly manage and respond to high-tempo and high-stress activities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
