About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Risk Business Analyst Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a Specialist, you will be an integral member of a team delivering regulatory, risk and compliance advice and solutions to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality work for clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to solve complex problems and provide expert advice on risk management and compliance.
  • Develop and implement risk frameworks, assess risk programs, design controls, and test and uplift controls.
  • Design and implement regulatory engagement strategies and regulatory change and compliance programs.
  • Support Partners, Directors, and Executives in business development activities, including proposal creation and client outreach.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of specialized risk, compliance, and/or regulatory experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to autonomously find solutions to complex problems, with a commercial and client-focused approach.
  • Passion for continuous learning and development, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
