
Senior Front Office Manager

Job Opportunity:
">- The Job will oversee the day-to-day operations of a team, supervising and motivating team members with leadership ability.
- Responsible for ensuring all interactions with guests are positive and productive.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Hotel's front office in absence of senior management.
- Actively resolve guest complaints and challenges to reach a win-win situation.
- Coordinate emergency situations effectively.
Requirements:
">- Similar role experience preferably in hospitality.
- Outcome driven approach to performance and results.
- Proficiency in Fidelio or Opera PMS software.
- Current NSW RSA and Senior First Aid Certificate holder (ability to obtain).
- Open manual driver licenses advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Unlimited Australian work rights.
