
Senior Front Office Professional

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Front Office Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office Management Team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the department according to established standards, providing a courteous and professional service at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Management Team in managing the department
- Ensure all Front Office employees are familiar with hotel products and services
- Develop skills and effectiveness of Front Desk employees through training, coaching, and mentoring
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Well-developed communication and customer relations skills
- Well-developed computer skills, particularly in MS Office and email
- Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting, and productivity requirements
- Previous hotel reservation experience preferred
