Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our NSW Construction team working on the New Shellharbour Hospital Project. In this key role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Liaising with the Contract Manager and Project Director to ensure cost controls are maintained effectively.
  2. Coordinating trade package tendering processes.
  3. Establishing effective site or office-based systems for project administration and management.
  4. Preparing contract documents and administering projects financials efficiently.
  5. Participating in monthly consolidated reporting and variation claims administration.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and adapt to shifting work priorities.
