Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout their new home building journey.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing multiple clients, ensuring that plans and contract documents are accurate and available for client presentation meetings.

  • Manage multiple clients from Deposit through to Site Start

  • Ensure all information is collated for other departments so that they can complete their works accurately

  • Help to ensure that administrative tasks meet each critical deadline

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
