BESIX Watpac, a leading construction company, is expanding its NSW Construction team with the addition of a Senior Contracts Administrator role on the New Shellharbour Hospital Project.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong administration and contract management skills, with experience in maintaining internal cost controls and administering project financials through the company's cost management system.

Responsibilities include routine trade package tendering processes, establishment of effective systems for project administration, preparation of contract documents, and arrangement of variation claims and progress claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the building construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills at all levels of the business.
  • Able to use initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills autonomously.
  • Flexible and able to cope with shifting work priorities to deliver results.
