Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team, reporting to the Team Leader and part of the MJH team. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their home building journey.

  • Be responsible for working with and meeting with allocated customers through their home building journey.
  • Act as the critical conduit between the client and the business, providing all customers with an unbeatable customer service experience including dispute resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Work within a fast-paced energetic team, providing quick solutions to any problems which may arise.
  • Successfully manage multiple clients from Deposit through to Site Start, ensuring that plans and contract documents are accurate and available for client presentation meetings.
  • Ensure all information is collated for other departments so that they can complete their works accurately.

Help ensure that administrative tasks meet each critical deadline to keep the clients' administrative process on track within the specified timeframe.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the operations team to achieve goals and objectives.

A strong communicator, able to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, is essential for this role.
