Job Opportunity

This role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting home-building journey.

  • Be responsible for working with and meeting with allocated customers through their home-building project
  • Provide critical conduit between the client and the business, offering unbeatable customer service experience including dispute resolution and negotiation skills
  • Work within a fast-paced energetic team, providing quick solutions to any problems which may arise
  • Successfully manage multiple clients from Deposit through to Site Start, ensuring that plans and contract documents are accurate and available for client presentation meetings
  • Ensure all information is collated for other departments so that they can complete their works accurately
